“Through the hospital I was in awaiting amputation for PVD. I was introduced to Malcolm Thane and immediately I felt comfortable with him. He explained all that would happen to me after my operation and what I could expect in the future.
I got my first prosthesis 6 weeks after my amputation which obviously has now had 2 new sockets as my stump reduced.
It is still early days for me but I know everything is being done that can be done by someone who listens, has always been truthful (even if I didn’t want to hear it) and professional.
My family are amazed at my progress, long may it and Malcolm continue!
